Dr. Edelman completed his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis where he was a Phi Beta Kappa honoree. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After his internship at the University of Miami, Dr. Edelman completed his ophthalmology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Dr. Edelman received subspecialty training in glaucoma treatment and surgery at the renowned New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
