You will be
given a surgery date at this meeting. The surgery center or hospital
will contact you the day before surgery to inform you of the time
of your surgery. If you do not receive a call, you may contact them
directly at the numbers on page four of this booklet. At any time,
do not hesitate to contact our surgery scheduling team with any
questions at (941) 748-1818.
